"Persephone, being a functional adult doesn't mean dealing with everything by yourself. It's okay to get help."

The story continues as Persephone tries to forget the awful things she experienced with Apollo and attempts to bury deep down her feelings for Hades. But now, for the first time, she experiences an unfamiliar emotion: jealousy.

As Demeter's daughter falls more deeply for the God of the Dead, he finds himself slipping back into old patterns and falling into his toxic relationship with Minthe. That’s not love, nor is it the same desire it once was, but that’s the thing with toxic relationships—you can't keep yourself from falling back into them.

Their families, their friends—everyone sees the sparks between them, and no one approves of this intense, burning attraction. Hades and Persephone: darkness intertwined with flowers and summer, so inappropriate, so different. Yet between them lies a fate and destiny that pushes them to the edge of the abyss.

But who will jump first into the unknown?

Hades: "She makes everything so easy though... No! Self-control. I have self-control... I'm an all-powerful God... I-I've got my act together... I have a strong handle on my impulses!"

Me: "Hades, no, you don't... Stop lying to yourself. JUST TELL PERSEPHONE YOU LOVE HER ALREADY!"

OMG. I am obsessed with this series! I love Persephone more and more, and I adore Hades and all the sparks between these powerful gods! I can't wait to read the episodes where they finally come together and admit the attraction and chemistry between them!

I can't wait to read the next volumes! As I said in my first two reviews, I love all the sarcasm and the ironic jokes in these graphic novels! The humor is sharp, and you can't help but laugh while reading this story!I still hate Apollo, and I will never forgive him, but now my anger is focused on Minthe, who is so annoying that it's impossible to like her. She’s just a dumb nymph playing a game she doesn’t realize she will lose.

But until then, I’m curious about the episode when Hades and Persephone will finally confess their feelings to each other. I don’t think I’ve ever been so addicted, so obsessed with a story from a comic, graphic novel, or anything that isn’t an actual book.

I judge Hades a lot, and I was expecting the Lord of the Underworld to know what he wants and to be dignified. But he seems a bit scared, like Persephone. Well, we’ll see about that...I love these graphic novels; they are amazing, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I feel like my reviews don't fully capture how much I love them, but I truly do.

These are masterpieces, and I can’t wait to read the rest of the story. Oh, and of course, as usual, the illustrations are stunning—I hardly need to mention that. I hope you read this series, and I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do!

Thank you for reading my review, darlings.
